**The role**:

- Supporting the Head of Project Management as well as the Project Manager in a range of administrative tasks
- Project lead on less complex projects - Supported by seniors as needed
- Work alongside seniors to produce, roll out and develop the key project management processes
- Track and monitor project resource within the IT & Transformation teams as well as the business as a whole - identifying areas off constraint & conflict across projects
- Support IT & Business projects -User centric approach & agile methodology
- Understanding of change management techniques, impact assessment, stakeholder management & communication planning

**The key requirements**:

- Previous experience in a project management role - managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced in implementing administrative processes & process mapping
- Knowledge of project administration - planning, organisation, co-ordination of activities, documentation etc
- Understanding of project management approaches (Business & IT)
- The ability to spot and escalate risk
- Be able to bring together cross functionals teams to work towards one goal
