**Join us as a Support Worker at Stafford Lodge in Berrow which is a residential specialist service providing support for adults aged 18-35 with Autism and Learning disabilities. The service has 4 bedrooms and 1 self-contained flat, with a games room,sensory garden, and conservatory space. **

**Located in the seaside town of Berrow and it is a 5-minute walk from the seafront, as well as the town centre which has a vast array of amenities including shops, pubs, and restaurants.**

**The nearest train station is in Highbridge which is 2 miles away.**

**Location:?Berrow, Burnham-on-Sea, TA8**

**Permanent full and part-time positions available??**

**Pay: £9.50**

**Your new job**: Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve: you’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independentliving and decision making.

Your role is to:

- Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
- Make a positive contribution to the lives of others
- Planning and?engaging in activities?such?as?meals out, horse riding, cinema visits, supporting individuals with their volunteer work, visiting theme parks, arts and crafts, garden activities, gym, college, swimming and supporting holidays
- Prompting personal care?
- Supporting?complex?physical and verbal behaviours that can be challenging, specialist training will be?provided?along with relevant debrief and support?given?
