Trainee and Experienced Reablement Workers

County Care are seeking staff across East Surrey areas to become part of a valuable team who empower our clients in the community, to return to the independence they once had.

You will be working autonomously in individual’s homes promoting people regaining daily living skills and general well-being for those who have experienced physical conditions as well as mental health diagnosis such as dementia.

It will be your job to provide support with all daily living tasks, including personal care, medication and mobility. You'll be there to ensure dignity, choice and control is maintained for those who feel like they have lost it from their lives. They'll look to you for support and guidance, a helping hand and most importantly, the development of their reablement programme - allowing them to continue with their lives.

**Requirements**:

- No previous experience necessary as full and ongoing training is provided.
- Driving License and access to a car
- Flexibility preferably including weekends and evenings
- Commitment to uphold our company values
- Willingness to travel within the Tandridge and Reigate & Banstead localities

**About Us**

**County Care** is a specialist provider that delivers support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs within Surrey. At County Care we believe in moving forward and constantly improving our services. As of this year we will now be providing reablement services to adults. Our aim in this new venture is to help our clients to learn new skills so to help them learn to do things for themselves. We will be helping them focus on maximising their individual potentials.

We will work with you to help you become an excellent reablement assistant - providing the tools and training needed to do a great job.
