**Coordinator**
- Full Time - Permanent - Up to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience _

We’re looking for an experienced Coordinator who’s quick-thinking and versatile, proactive and can work as part of a team; the kind of person who can turn their hand to anything at a moment’s notice to ensure that employees have everything they need to do their jobs and that the company runs efficiently.

With 30 years of delivering market-leading repairs and maintenance services, Mears is trusted to deliver in excess of 6,000 repairs daily to a portfolio of more than 1,000,000 homes nationwide.

We provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.

**What we are looking for**:
A proactive Coordinator who will coordinate the day to day administration and works with in Planned Team work stream, monitor timescales on repairs and to act as a point of contact for the client.

You will prepare hand-over packs and all relevant paperwork pre and post works and will process payments and provide administrative support to the Senior Contract Manager.

You will also ensure that all procedures are being undertaken in total compliance with Company operating instructions.

Co-ordinator for a repairs a maintenance contract.

**What you need to have**:

- Must have experience with working on computerised systems, data entry and calculations.
- Strong communication between site and customer care teams with a timely manner.
- Coordinate workloads of operatives and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of operating in a capital works contracting environment
- Understanding of filing and retrieving operations of numerical filing systems.
