**Principal Accountabilities**
- Meetings & Events: Organising meetings including ensuring that the practical arrangements are in place, that the meeting runs smoothly and any necessary preparation materials are received on time
- Travels and Diary Management: Management of diary and appointments for the Leadership Team and provision of a full administrative service in respect of travel management for all staff members
- Projects: Supporting the departments on an ad—hoc basis
- Office Admin Support: provide office admin support where required
- Administration: Acting as the first point of contact on a day-to-day basis, often in the absence of supervision
- Actioning or progressing tasks at hand, ensuring that correspondence with contacts is courteous, helpful and completed in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritise activities and incoming materials and to action/escalate as appropriate
- On specific occasions, assist in note taking and preparation of meeting minutes
- Relationship building and maintaining rapport with a number of key contacts.
- Responsibility for electronic and paper filing systems and the preparation of expenses
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations and spreadsheets.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Strong performance track record in previous team administration roles supporting senior management
- Strong IT literacy with MS-Office suite and familiarity with IT equipment and technical support
- Previous EA Experience

- Ability to prioritise and work with minimum supervision.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distil and articulate key messages
- High level of attention to detail
- Proven organisational skills, including planning & prioritisation
- Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively often under time pressures
- Self-motivated, flexible and efficient
