**Alternative Hair Show Charitable foundation, Fighting Leukaemia.**
We currently have a full-time/part-time career opportunity in **Event Administration/ P.A.** at our Head Office in Potters Bar.
The Alternative Hair Show is the global hair event of the year, all in aid of raising money for The Alternative Hair Charitable Foundation - registered charity no. 1147189, the Shows have grown into one of the most exciting and sought after events in the international hairdressing calendar for over 40 years.
**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
Your duties will be as follows, but not limited to:
- Providing complete administration and secretarial support to the company directors.
- Organising internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and schedules Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handling administration and data enquiries.
- Event management
- Arranging production schedules
- Dealing with all student enrolment & student Academy qualifications
- All customer enquiries
- Dealing with all staff requests
- All salon product orders and invoices are processed and delivered on time
**Skills Required**:
- Computer literate with fluency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Well spoken and fluency in English Writing
- Experience in event organising
- Flexible and self-motivated
- Well organised & great attention to detail.
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**:
Full-time : £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Part time : TBC

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
COVID-19 considerations:
PPE to be worn whilst walking around the office
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Potters Bar EN6 3QW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Personal Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
