**Overview**:
Working in the South-West of England, with easy access to Wales and the Midlands, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to become a leader within our countywide service.

Our team is made of many skilled staff working together - including our Consultant Psychiatrist in Addictions, GP, Nurses, Recovery Coordinators, NMPs, Peer Mentors, and Health Care Assistants. Our collective aim is to make a difference to the lives of service users and their families across the county.

**Responsibilities**:
As the service user involvement lead, you will be responsible for the development of service user involvement initiatives and support of the service user council.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who will work across Gloucestershire within our CQC registered hubs, in Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, and Cinderford to ensure that we are delivering the best services that we can and that our staff and service users are cared for.

Our Gloucestershire service provides a high quality, accessible and integrated approach for alcohol and drug treatment, harm reduction, recovery, and reintegration.

This is an ideal role for someone with Lived Experience.
