WHAT DOES A WAITER/ WAITRESS DO?
- Ensure every guest has a great customer experience by delivering consistently good service & delicious food & beverages.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders & using our POS ordering software
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (portions, ingredients or potential food allergies etc.)
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Willing to learn different skills within the business such as using the coffee machine and basic bar tending - Full training provided.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Work experience as a server or wait staff member
- Well presented
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Patient + friendly, a people person
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
