Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your role will involve conducting internal audits, managing compliance processes, and providing guidance to employees on compliance matters.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures accordingly
- Make sure all clients IDs are up todate & run Anti-money loundering report.
- up date the clients folder for AML.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues or violations
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compliance management

**Experience**:

- Proven experience working in a compliance role within the accountancy practice.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
- Excellent understanding of compliance management principles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
