Purosearch are working with a developing care provider to recruit a Head of Care to work across two services specialising in adults living with complex and high acuity needs, and specialises in supporting people with mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
About the role:
You will be the Head of Care across two services, your role will be to support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home. This means that you will be involved in:
Staff Management
Assist and support with staff training and development
Managing the Clinical and Care Teams
Managing staffing levels
Compiling rotas etc.
Carrying out pre-admission assessments
Conducting supervisions and appraisals
Carrying out audits

Our client is looking for an experienced Carer / Team Leader / Deputy Manager who is highly motivated to lead a team that delivers the best possible care to service users with complex needs and learning disabilities. To lead the service making every day better for service users and staff.

We are looking for a Head of Care who can lead by example, providing great quality care to each individual service user. You will be a compassionate leader with a can-do attitude, valuing the importance of always striving to provide our service users with individualistic and effective care. You will have a hands-on approach to leadership, supported by an experienced Management and Operations Team, enabling you to drive standards forward to provide the best possible care that our service users deserve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
