The new Marketing Directorate at the College is driving growth through the delivery of a new transformative marketing strategy focusing on recruitment, relationships and reputation.We will deliver a new annual omni-channel campaign structure across further,higher, apprenticeship and adult markets delivering exceptional experiences for our prospective students.

Responsible to the Recruitment, Engagement and Events Manager you will support the delivery of the college’s external engagement with local schools, colleges and the wider community. You will work with the Recruitment, Engagement and Events manager and Curriculumteams to design, deliver and evaluate the annual Schools and Colleges Plan and calendar of activities. You must therefore, have an understanding of post-16 education and the options available to pupils after School.

With a Degree, or equivalent qualification, or significant work experience in a relevant area. You will have experience of working with young people and in a community setting. An individual with creative flair, you will already have supported events (shows,trade fairs, information stands) and have experience of designing and delivering presentations and information to groups of people.

As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
