Admin/testing Clerk

Reporting to the testing manager you will be running health tests and some basic data entry on the lab systems. As well as providing some cover in customer service
**Working Hours**
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (8 Hours) +/- a couple of hours
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Running tests throughout the day
- Opening post and sort test forms/samples
- Adding new customer details into database
- Manage stock and daily dispatches using in house systems
- General Office administrative duties
- Provide cover for customer service on an ad-hoc basis
- To carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by management team
- To be fully aware of the company services
- To be fully aware of any and all updates to the testing systems, to ensure the highest level of quality and service
**Specific Job Accountabilities**:
- To maintain timeframes and ensure all tests are completed accurately and to the highest standard possible
- To achieve KPI targets
**Outline Skills**

- **Ability to input data accurately and efficiently**
- Ability to use word, excel
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Discretion and client confidentiality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
