We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, and motivated medical receptionist to join our friendly team at Great Sutton Medical center.

Tasks include:

- Providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Signposting patients to relevant services
- Answering patient calls and online queries
- Booking appointments

Essential criteria:

- Reliable and flexible
- A team player
- Willingness to learn new skills in a busy and changeable environment
- A sense of humor
- Min. 1 year of customer service experience
- Good timekeeping
- Desire to help patients and support the clinical team

Desirable criteria:

- Experience of working within healthcare and/or a GP surgery
- Medical receptionist experience (though full training will be given)
- Experience of using Emis Web or another similar clinical system

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

This role requires that applicants must be flexible to work between

7:00am and 8:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday morning 8am till 12pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
