Key Responsibilities:
What it’s like to be one of our Customer Support Coordinators

It’s a cliché, but it really is a varied role and no two days are the same as you’re helping different customers, with different queries, each day.

You’ll:

- ensure all customer requirements are met to agreed standards and within agreed timeframes
- provide customers with regular reporting on progress, next steps and outcomes
- process new and existing contracts
- listen to and seek customer feedback - looking for ways to continuously improve our processes, procedures and service delivery
- represent and protect our strong Energy Assets brand name.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive and diverse team. There will be lots to learn, but your line manager will be on hand, with support and guidance, should you need it.

Vacancy Requirements:
What it takes to become one of our Customer Support Coordinators (CSC)

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced customer facing role. This could be from a similar office environment, or, it could be experience from retail, hospitality or wider industries.

You’ll be organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to take a flexible approach to prioritising tasks and objectives.

You’ll be a people person, with excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

**Salary**: £22,100.00 per year
