**Finance Business Partner - 12 Month FTC - Chiswick - £70,000-£80,000 - Hybrid, ACCA, CIMA. ACA Qualified**

IN2 Consult have partnered with a household retail company based in West London who are currently looking for a Qualified Finance Business Partner to join their evolutionary Commercial Finance team and partner with senior internal and external stakeholders with the aim to help drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business partnering with key stakeholders with strategic business decisions
- Provide financial insights into business Drivers in order to deliver and develop the division’s strategic objectives & annual budget;
- Present key metrics and concise management information at various boards and sales heads meetings to draw out key performance indicators, trends and issues based on an in-depth understanding of the relevant data.
- Month end commentary and/or project reporting, providing insights and suggestions for remedial activities;
- Challenge reported trends in KPIs with stakeholder groups and implements mid to short term plans to maximise performance and drive improved productivity and value for money;
- Variance analysis & overall financial modelling to drive business decisions;
- Challenge unusual P&L movements, forecasts and fluctuations to ensure forecast and actual financial performance is robust;
- Accountable for the financial analysis of key business drivers using a standard suite of reporting tools via the Finance Hub and data from other internal and external sources

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Qualified CIMA/ACCA (or similar)
- Experience working within Retail indsutry is prefferable
- Must have experience in Project Management
- Previous stakeholder engagement experience (Non-Financial/Financial backgrounds)
- High level communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong financial modelling skills. Experience in building business cases and robust models
- Experience of providing reporting and performance insight
