**Job Description**:
As our Marketing & Design Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our team, creating design materials to support our marketing efforts across the website and social media, creating pitch materials for prospective customers and providing general support to the Commercial team. You’ll be working with visualisations for some of the biggest names in broadcasting and sport, both existing and prospective customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Under the direction of our Senior Designer, you will be responsible to design marketing materials, primarily imagery, for use across various platforms including our website, social media platforms and pitch materials such as decks
- You will also be asked to assist with creation of other content including short videos and copy for website and social media
- You will Support the wider Commercial team in various other marketing tasks as needed, including some general admin

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of branding and design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
