This is a unique opportunity which will allow an individual with little marketing exposure the opportunity to gain experience within a global organisation. All they ask in return is for heaps of enthusiasm, the willingness to learn and commitment. To beconsidered for this position you must have a genuine interest and passion for Digital Marketing.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
This role will support the customer team with their digital activities, including:

- Ensuring that all global standards are maintained, and changes are compliant to industry guidelines
- Testing global and local test cases and tickets to align with quality standard
- Ticket creation and refinement to ensure clarity for development team working on tickets
- Maintaining country records within the CRM (including but not limited to; updating roll-out dates, creating localisation sheets, master configuration updates)
- Interacting with a range of stakeholders of different seniorities
- Supporting with UX topics and analysis where required
- Updating content via the CMS system

**Requirements**:

- Ideally a recent graduate with a marketing or business related degree or prior marketing experience, preferably within the Digital Marketing space
- A keen and genuine interest in Digital Marketing. Examples of previous exposure to this would be preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential
- Great attention to detail, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

**Title**: Digital Marketing Assistant - **on-going temporary role**
**Hourly rate**: £11.00 per hour, plus holiday accrual
**Location**: Bracknell, parking available on-site and excellent public transport links
