This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest science and technology companies in the world who operate in over 100 countries. They are an industry leader with state of the art facilities and are now looking for a Shopper Marketing Executivewho will be responsible for supporting the execution of channel and category strategy within the region and localisation according to market, channel, and/or customer opportunities. This is a hybrid working role which is based in Bracknell and you will berewarded with a generous remuneration package.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering store audit and insight information into the Home Improvement insights review process and planning calendar. Insights to be gained both from a digital perspective but by also spending time in-store to understand the channel and its stakeholders
- Collaborate with agencies, understanding and adhering to brand guidelines, supporting team projects and initiatives requiring artwork deliverables.
- Working with our Shopper Team and Account Managers, to coordinate both national and local distributor events. In addition to event management and support, help provide provision and distillation of product training amongst our key distribution partners
- Closely monitoring distributor digital marketplaces to ensure content provision is of the highest standard available. Supporting our digital team and existing shoppers to enable the best content available is situated on these partners digital platforms
- Leading the execution of the Channel Plan in the country (ies) and assigned accounts together with the Shopper Marketing Lead and Sales team.
- Implement best in class range proposals and activation programmes based on a category led approach incorporating strong shopper insights to drive behaviour within the shopper journey to achieve annual goals.
- Collaborate and influence EMEA Portfolio and Marcoms teams through insights on competition, shoppers and market trends to support campaign and product launch relevancy.
- Supporting business operations with accurate budget management and business planning to deliver financial and non-financial goals.

**About You**:

- Undergraduate or professional diploma preferred
- Experience in Retail Account Management or Trade Marketing
- Marketing and FMCG experience preferred but not essential
- Holds UK valid Driver’s license
- Ability to manage diverse workload and prioritise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
