We're now looking for a charismatic, ambitious, and results orientated Supply Chain Executive to support the EMEA Operations Team in coordinating our supply chain activities and optimising efficiency whilst maintaining the service levels demanded by our customers.

**IN A NUTSHELL, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**

**Supporting the EMEA Operations Team**
- Owning the day-to-day order management, ensuring that designated deadlines and service levels are met
- Inputting orders on SAP, maintaining a PO tracker and highlighting any delivery or credit issues
- Perform weekly order reconciliation to check for discrepancies
- Supporting the team with month end processes and projects
- Point of contact for uploading and creating operations resources on the company content hub

**Customer Service and Delivery**
- Dealing with key retailers and stakeholders queries relating to orders and invoices
- Proactively maintaining the customer service inbox and ensuring issues are dealt with
- Seek opportunities to improve service and deliver more cost-effective ways of working
- Confirming retailer deliveries on SAP

**Service Level Targets**
- Tracking of inbound shipments, main metrics and service level KPIs
- Contributing to the improvement in Supply planning and streamlining processes

**PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Relevant experience in a customer-facing role preferably retail or FMCG
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and cross-functionally
- Fluency in German is advantageous.
- Power user of MS 365 Suite - Knowledge of PowerBI/SAP nice to have
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, positive and flexible attitude
- Ability to solve problems efficiently using own initiative
