- Full Time Hours (5 days per week)
- Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 09.00am
- 5:00pm. At least 1-year experience as a care co-ordinator in Health & Social Care is essential
- Full Training in our electronic systems will be given to the successful applicant. On-line e-learning and full Induction will also be provided
- Participation within the weekly and weekend On Call Rota will also be required. A CAR DRIVER IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.**

**Competitive Rate of Pay
- On Call Weekend Bonus
- Paid Holidays (including Bank Holidays) 40 hours, Permanent contract, Salary: £21k
- 23K per year**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37 per week

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Keighley, BD21 2BU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- Full Driving Licence: 1 year (required)
