Children’s Residential Support Worker roles are one step below Shift Leader, working as a Children’s Residential Support Worker is an important part of a Residential setting - you will work as a team with other Children’s Residential support workers and be a real voice for the young people in your care.

The young people in these homes have not chosen to be there, working with them to create a family environment and making their experience as positive as possible. This allows for a good working relationship and positive outcomes for the young people. As a Children’s Residential Support Worker you will be responsible for supporting the young people into independent living

On top of helping shape the futures of young people, Being a Children’s Residential Support worker you will gain valuable experience and training as well as qualifications as you grow with a company that has the staff, and young people at the heart of its operation.
- £25,000.00 - £26,000.00 inclusive of sleep ins
- Clear progression plans
- Sleep-ins paid additionally as well as opportunities for overtime
- Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development
- Level 3 Residential Child Care required/ Level 4 Children, Young People and Families practitioner (Or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence

Working with children and young people in Residential Care as a Children’s Residential Support worker is a fantastic way to develop your own skills and support Young People into better lives and to achieve positive outcomes.

You will undergo specialist training for the role and be supported in any way, whether that be to continually support and be part of the Staff team or grow and take on management opportunities within the company.

All the Young People receive the best care possible in homes that feel just like that and are well kept. We do work with a number of providers and would be happy to help people of all levels within the sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
