On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for a **Programme Manager** for a **6 month contract** based in **Bristol with hybrid working.**

**Purpose of the Role**:

- You will be facing into the finance feature team. Leading a team of around 20 people you will be responsbible for leading valuations.

**As a Programme Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Facing into the finance feature team and leading valuations.
- You will leading a team around of 20 people.
- You will have a group of SMEs within team who will be working within data migrations of insurance policies and moving to a new system.
- You will be oversee validation reporting and ensure it is working post migration.
- You will over see the team of people who will provide the data manipulation.
- You will support the right migrations act as an escalation point, delivery driving, risk and issues management as well as problem solving.

**What we require from the Programme Manager**:

- Active stakeholder management
- Senior programme management experience - within financial services
- Experience in migrations - data migration
- Insurance background
- Evidence of leading significant change management background
- Experience in leading teams - large teams
