**Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday**

**About the role**

To provide HR management information and analytics to the Group and to maintain data integrity and job architecture within core HR system.

**Key accountabilities**

**Systems Administration**
- Manage the job and organisational architecture within the core HR system, iTrent, ensuring high levels of data integrity, consistency and data quality. Prime responsibility for setting up new or amending existing job ‘posts’ within core HR system sits with this role to ensure the overall integrity of the job and organisational architecture.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity are maintained within the core HR system, developing and managing appropriate consistency and data quality checks.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries about HR systems, acting as a trouble-shooter before escalating any system issues.
- Support system testing for upgrades.
- Support wider HR Services team as required on the ongoing development and roll out of the core iTrent and associated HR systems, including managing change requests as directed by HR Systems Manager.

**MI and analytics**
- Provide accurate, high quality management information when requested.
- Run annual HR data driven operational and reporting exercises, including annual HR and health and safety reports; annual pay benchmarking and pay & bonus review exercises; gender pay gap reporting; bi-annually GI Academy reports; various annual budget reports.
- Develop and administer internal and external employee surveys using a variety of tools, including running the survey, analysing and presenting key findings and insights to relevant stakeholders.

**Key performance indicators**
- Meet monthly departmental delivery targets (SLA’s)
- Manage systems as set out in personal objectives
- Successfully achieve KPI’s as set out in personal objectives
- 360 feedback from internal partners

**Knowledge, skills and experience**
- Advanced excel skills, good understanding of business objects would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract and combine complex data from multiple sources
- Ability to balance complexity and detail with simplification and proportionality in order to deliver fit for purpose reports.
- Good communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work proactively to progress assigned responsibilities including identifying and progressing opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Proven strong verbal, written and graphical communication skills. Experience in using infographics to communicate insight is advantageous.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task, manage work under pressure and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Strong personal commitment to accuracy and maintenance of data integrity.
- Previous experience in using iTrent HR system is advantageous.
