This is a 3 month temporary, NHS Personal Assistant Band 5 (£16 per hour) role, based on-site in South East London, with an immediate start date. The role requires experience of senior level diary and inbox management and minute taking skills.

**Description**

The key responsibilities for the NHS Personal Assistant Band 5 role is to:
Provide a high quality administrative, secretarial and PA support service to a team of Directors.
- Extensive diary management
- Arranging meetings for internal and external stakeholders
- Take comprehensive minutes and administer meetings, ensuring timely dispatch of papers, and follow up of actions
- Produce documents and reports to a high standard
- Ensure Directors are prepared for meetings with supporting paperwork and information
- Prepare and produce spreadsheets, presentations and other documents as requested

**Profile**
- Previous experience in a busy PA position
- Experience working in the NHS or other health care or public sector setting
- Minute taking, diary and inbox management experience
- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision and to be self-motivated
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deal with competing demands and high workloads
- Ability to prioritise own workload in order to meet deadlines and make decisions, following clear guidelines
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written
