This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team based in the Warrington area. Youll be part of a well-established business who provides a repair service to their customers via an inbound service. Were looking for someone with inbound Customer Serviceexperience on a temporary contract with the view to go permanent. The role is paying GBP10 per hour with free car parking and full training provided
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
- You will take the customers contact and address details to locate their account.
- You will need to capture the customers current location
- You will be asking the customer questions to find out what repair needs to be done, how it got damaged and further details
- You will then check the engineer availability to see if they go out to the customer for their repair
- If the engineer is booked up, you will be responsible to find the customer the nearest store for them to visit
- You will ensure you note the system on and changes to their appointment with the engineer, cancellations, or other contact information
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

- Customer Contact centre or customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Somebody who is accountable and can take ownership
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
- You can work in a fast-paced environment
- Competent with IT skills
What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Service Advisor?
- Weekend shifts available across Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 8.30am-8.30pm
- You will be working Monday to Friday whilst youre in training
- Opportunity for temporary to permanent
- GBP10 per hour
- Free parking
- Weekly pay.
- Once you have completed training and your performance is where it needs to be, you can work from home
