Adhan Group is a based Blackburn, Lancashire. We have grown into one of the leading commercial and industrial lettings and sales companies in the region. Despite the recession we are the biggest buyers of commercial property in the North having recently added over 4 million sq ft of industrial, commercial and office space to our already huge range of properties.

From our modest business roots, Adhan Commercial Lettings have grown year on year into one of the leading commercial lettings companies in the North of England. Our Commercial Property Department manages over 400 commercial units, covering around 500,000 sq ft of commercial use space across the UK.

To date, we have 8 shopping centres and 3 retail parks and plan to continue to grow in this sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in renting out our commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to determine the current trends in the real estate market.
- Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Provide guidance to clients on the legal aspects of purchasing or selling a property.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
