Job Title: Labourer

Location: Heathfield, Newton Abbot

Contract: Temporary to Perm

Hours: Monday to Friday, 0730am - 1600pm (1500pm finish Friday)

Pay Rate: £11.50 to £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

gap personnel **Exeter** are recruiting for a Labourer on a temp to perm basis based at their offices in Heathfield, Exeter. The company are leading manufacturers within the holiday homes industry. **The role of a Labourer is varied with duties including**:

- Under the instruction of the Walls Supervisor, to ensure wall dimensions and angles are accurate.
- To measure building materials and spaces for installation accurately in accordance with design specification.
- Ensure work area is well prepared, clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are met and best practice standards observed.
- To undertake all training, including mandatory and best practice training, as required by the business.
- Ensure the integrity of our core values, ‘Innovation, Inspiration and Imagination’ at all times.

**Working Hours & Pay**:

- Monday to Friday, 0730am - 1600pm (1500pm finish Friday)
- £11.50 to £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

**Essential for the role**:

- Knowledge of building and construction.
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- The ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools.
- The ability to work well with your hands.
- The ability to work well with others.
- Physical skills like lifting, bending and carrying.
