Job Title: Laborer

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Laborer where you will play a vital role in supporting various construction tasks. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic to assist in all aspects of construction projects. The position offers opportunities for growth within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols.
- Support skilled workers including carpenters and masons in project execution.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

**Skills**:

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
