**About the Job**

Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Device Configurator and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Working closely with another dedicated team member, you will be responsible for configuring devices purchased from us on our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system before they reach the customer. Your expertise will ensure that each device is set up accurately, meeting our quality standards and customer requirements.

As a Mobile Device Configurator, your key responsibilities will involve meticulously configuring devices, managing orders. Your attention to detail and technical proficiency will guarantee that customers receive devices that are ready for immediate use upon delivery.

**The role and your responsibilities**
- Daily configuration of smartphone devices
- Packaging and arranging courier pick ups
- Working alongside our Implementation team to prioritise configuration and distribution of devices
- Completing and updating stock inventory
- Setting up customers on our solution
- Any other duties in the benefit of the company’s overall goals and objectives
- Attending and contributing to daily and weekly meetings

**Required experience**
- Knowledge of smart phone configuration
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set up and network configuration
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage your workload and prioritise issues
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Technical mindset
