An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Wiltshire and Gloucestershire Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) as the Engagement Outreach Coordinator. Working across the two sites, you will perform outreach activities to drive awareness of the SARCs amongst key stakeholders and the public. This role supports our aim to make the SARCs a more accessible and inclusive service for all.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Community outreach to group and organisations.
- Delivering SARC awareness presentations to stakeholders
- Lead on the development and delivery of steering groups with former clients to gain insightful qualitative feedback.
- Share and promote learning and good practice across the SARC Crisis Worker Teams and wider organisations
- Implement service changes to remove barriers and improve the quality of support
- Production of tailored promotional materials
- Providing trauma informed support for individuals who have experienced sexual violence
- Work towards maintaining Male Quality Standards Accreditation

**Essential requirements**:

- Full driving licence and access to a car.
