Relief Team Assistant - London Reprographics

Hourly pay - £11.95

Hours - various office hours depending on site between 8am - 6pm

Location - City of London across legal and financial services organisations

Williams Lea has a fantastic opportunity for an applicant who is looking for flexibility around study or other commitments for a zero hours relief worker. We will offer you shifts in advance and you are able to select the hours that suit you (This will be a Monday - Friday and we ask you are available for 2 days a week)

We are currently seeking a person ideally with some reprographics experience to provide cover for holidays, project work or extra demands for our London Relief team.

The Job: Relief Team Reprographics Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
To meet and greet all clients in a courteous and helpful manner Advising where appropriate on the best method of production A full understanding of the customer service functions To ensure all possible deadlines are achieved and managed in conformance with service level agreement Any potential failed deadlines are communicated to client and re-negotiated with requestor Escalate any issues to Account Manager and day to day onsite client To assist with incoming Reprographics telephone calls. Endeavouring to answer all calls within three rings Liaising with all levels of management and staff. Ensure work is correctly prioritised and deadlines are met Provide excellent customer service Focus on achieving and managing Reprographics service levels To reproduce high quality documents to client specifications using high speed reprographic and finishing equipment within Reprographics Excellent PC skills. CD / DVD burning Ebible creation Be able to copy, scan, print to highest quality Finishing is mainly wiro and comb bound documents

Key Skills:
Experience with Reprographics

Knowledge of MS word

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
