Our General Manager - Property is looking to recruit an experienced Support Desk Coordinator to join their high performing team. This role is to cover maternity leave and it will be based within our Infrastructure and Sustainability department in Smethwick.

As our Support Desk Coordinator your key responsibilities will include;
- To co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external contractors via the defect reporting system
- To be the first point of contact for general enquiries relating to the defect system.
- To be the main sole user of the defect system, managing the allocation of tasks and chasing the completion of jobs.
- Analysing worksheets for reactive work.
- Processing of quotes, raising orders and instructing works.
- Invoice processing.
- Raising capital on the internal finance system.
- Any other tasks as designated by the General Manager of Property

**Qualifications** About You**
- Alongside these you will need to;
- Have excellent computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- The ability to work independently and effectively at pace
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
