**Summary of the Quality IT Systems Associate role**

As the Quality IT Systems Associate you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our MasterControl system and providing support and training to internal stakeholders. You will be able to contribute to the continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing and implementing changes.

Reporting to the MasterControl Quality Manager, you will be based at our main site in Cramlington, Northumberland, working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 18-months.

**Your responsibilities**
- Supporting the development of the MasterControl system.
- Assisting in development of training strategies and user assessment programmes to ensure appropriate system adoption.
- Supporting customer and regulatory audits and presenting MasterControl specific supporting documentation and evidence, as required.
- Maintaining and developing excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Providing training and support to end users and ensure successful deployment and compliant system usage.

**Requirements for the role**
- Previous experience within a cGMP background would be preferred.
- Has a good understanding of compliance and validation.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of MasterControl is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships.
