**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
As Purchasing Assistant, you will:
- Assist in the receiving of beverage related goods into the hotel.
- Check for quality and accuracy as well as ensure correct administration of deliveries.
- Be required to assist in the general administration and to co-ordinate daily purchases.
**Entry Requirements**:
As Purchasing Assistant, you will:
- Be an excellent and confident communicator.
- Be a professional team player and has the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Have a high level of numeracy and IT skills, including MS Office.
- Have a proven administrative and organisational skills as the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Be a team player who is committed and flexible to assist the kitchens and purchasing department whenever required.
- Ideally have previous experience of working with purchasing and procurement systems.
