Experienced Financial Administrator

- Main responsibilities are to support the Financial advisor's and be responsible for the following:
- _
- _General office duties_
- _Processing New business files/Reports_
- _Preparing Client review packs_
- _Preparation for client meetings_
- _Data entry and Client Letters of Authority_
- _Processing of incoming post_
- _Keeping client records up to date by liaising with the relevant product providers_
- _Deal with clients face to face and over the phone_
- _Perform all aspects of the role with in a professional and efficient manner _
- _Processing withdrawals_
- _Observing data protection regulation at all times_
- Must be_
- _Minimum of 12 months experience of working in a similar environment is preferable_
- _Computer literate_
- _Reliable and trustworthy_
- _Able to work under pressure_
- _Work to high levels of accuracy_
- _A team player_
- _Organised_
- _A good communicator_
