MyCSP are looking for a Business Analyst to join their fast paced team in their Liverpool branch.

**Duties and Key Responsibilities are to include but are not limited to**;
- To work with peers and key stakeholders to develop business processes and solutions.
- Produce business requirements ensuring stakeholder needs are met by suppliers.
- To set up and maintain risk, issues and actions logs.
- Conduct traceability work and produce matrices.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate design workshops driving out suitable design solutions that meet stakeholders requirements.
- Provide analytical support throughout the project life-cycle from concept through to User Acceptance Testing and business readiness and handover.
- Produce reports and presentations for senior management.
- Actively communicate with all key stakeholders ensuring information is at the appropriate level of detail for each stakeholder.
- Disseminate all project communication to both internal and external stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and standards within the team of Business Analysts.
- The duties and responsibilities outlined above are to be regarded as broad areas of responsibility and do not necessarily detail all tasks which the post holder may be required to perform.

**Qualifications & Technical Job Requirements**

**Essential**
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel/Visio.

**Desirable**
- Recognised Business Analysis qualification.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**

**Essential**
- Experience of working in a project environment.
- Good analytical, numerical and logic skills.
- Strong problem solving/process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in writing and reviewing business requirements.
- Ability to engage and drive stakeholders in order to progress the project.
- Previous experience of identifying and managing risks and pro-actively addressing problems.
- Ability to assess and impact business processes, providing solutions through others.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Presentation and facilitation skills.

**Desirable**
- Pension’s knowledge, preferably public sector.
- Working with Government Departments.
- Scenario setting.
