Aftersales Advisor

You will be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable leading from the front. Customer satisfaction lays at the heart of our business and as the face of John Grose we look to our employees to build rapport with all visitors at the dealership.

**The duties will be included**:

- Ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction is given at all times
- Building rapport and clearly translating any technical issues in a customer friendly way
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with the progress of their vehicle repairs
- Keeping customer records accurately up to date on the system
- Processing payments and customer documentation
- Answering telephone queries
- Ordering car parts using on-line systems
- Chasing up missing or incorrect parts with suppliers
- Packaging and returning any unused/unwanted parts
- Regular communication with mechanics
- Giving advice and guidance of products
- Manage workshop loading alongside the Aftersales Manager
- Follow manufacture processes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) Maths and English
- Customer orientated
- Prides themselves on excellent communication skills
- Advising on additional sales
- Has a pro-active approach
- Excellent listening skills
- Holds a full clean driving licence

**Desired but not Essential**:

- Previous experience within a Parts Advisor/ Stock Control Role
- Educated to A-Level or Equivalent

**Working hours**:
45 Hours per week (Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm / Alternate Saturdays 8am and 1pm)

**Salary**:
**Basic Salary**: £23,772.76 increasing to £26,000 after probation, plus an achievable bonus giving OTE of £29,000
