AFTERSALES ADVISOR

Main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction is given at all times
- Building rapport and clearly translating any technical issues in a customer friendly way
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with the progress of their vehicle repairs
- Keeping customer records accurately up to date on the system
- Processing payments and customer documentation
- Answering telephone queries
- Ordering car parts using on-line systems
- Chasing up missing or incorrect parts with suppliers
- Packaging and returning any unused/unwanted parts
- Regular communication with mechanics
- Giving advice and guidance of products
- Manage workshop loading alongside the Aftersales Manager
- Follow manufacturer processes
- Minimum of Grade C at GCSE level (or Equivalent) in Maths and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as a team
- Customer Focused
- Previous experience within a Customer Service role is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience within a Parts Advisor/ Stock Control Role is desirable but not essential

Full training will be provided as well as the opportunity to develop further through training during the role.

Working hours:
45 Hours per week (Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm/ Alternate Saturdays 08:00am - 13:00pm)

**Salary**:
Basic Salary: £22,777 Reviewed after a 6 month standard probation period and an achievable performance bonus OTE £26,000- £28,000
