Digital Experience Lead
Location: Stirling/Flexible/Hybrid Working
As part of the Marketing Team the Digital Experience Lead is responsible for the planning, activation and management of digital experiences across the group, delivering against and in support of the Marketing Strategy and wider Business Objectives. The role is fundamental within the Group Marketing Team, championing branded digital experiences and advocating for the user to support internal stakeholders and customers and external customers across multiple stages and brand touchpoints form research to work winning engagement. Working towards compliance and governance in respect of the Robertson Group brand and growing technical compliance with ISO27001.
Your new role:
Every day will be different with a mixture of short to medium/long term projects. You'll be at the heart of the work of the Marketing team delivering impact and value every step of the way.
**What you'll do**
- Delivering initiatives from implementation to design to deployment and be a primary point of contact for the project.
- Creation and management marketing’s digital roadmap - leading on all defined projects.
- Creation, management and co-ordination of digital solutions, assets and outputs across the Robertson business from websites to integrations of systems for best practice through feasibility/idea generation to proposals, implementation and evaluation.
- Creation, co-ordination and management of digital design projects using the Adobe Creative Suite from posters, banners to complex work winning bids and submissions.
- Planning and management of short, medium and long-term digital projects through scheduling and meticulous project management using Kanban project management.
- Provide consultation on challenges and requests from across the business including Robertson Residential Group.
- Lead on the compliance of marketing systems, processes, and procedures in line with ISO27001, copyright laws, GDPR and Robertson brand standards.
- Lead the dissemination of new digital technology and ideas to upskill the Marketing Team and wider business where required.
- Support development of the Marketing Assistant to become the day-to-day system point of contact for Concep, Open Asset, SharePoint and Marketing Toolkit
**What you'll need**:
A degree and demonstratable learning (i.e industry related qualifications) and aptitude for digital is required, emphasising the postholder keeps their expert knowledge up to date and relevant to the ever-changing digital landscape.
