**The role of HR Assistant**

We are seeking an HR assistant to join our fast-growing team here in Caterham, Surrey. You will be a key member to the team by ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner with discretion. You will also support team members in their operational roles.

**About you**

For this role, you will preferably have previous experience in an admin role within an HR department, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Be an effective communicator, who is comfortable speaking with staff at all levels of the business and possess in depth experience and knowledge of all Microsoft packages with intermediate knowledge of Excel i.e. Data manipulation using Pivot tables.
