**The day to day job, tasks and expectations**:
As Broker Support with MPF, you will likely be the first voice a customer hears when they get in touch to offer a new case for review. You will be the person who takes ownership for a task and completes it to a high standard.

Whilst handling our existing broker network you will also manage our E-Mail in-tray, along with your team. There will be an array of tasks to complete which include data entry, validation of identity and/or original copy items, follow up calls and general administration.

You will play a vital role in supporting the existing team of advisers by completing their administration tasks whilst also learning from them as part of your development toward being a fully qualified adviser.

At MPF we believe the best advisers are the ones we have developed ourselves by joining the Broker Support team to learn the role, our expectations and our industry. Once you have completed a successful probationary period of at least 6-months; we then look to begin your development as a qualified adviser.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
