- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Communicate effectively with clients, sales consultants and 3rd party companies. Resolve all initial issues and close queries without impacting on Adjudicator time wherever possible.
- Ensure that standards, processes and procedures are implemented in line with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to a responsive team culture/environment
- Work in partnership with other areas of the business to ensure the efficient running of the complaints process.
- To be the contact point for the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in respect of complaints referral. This includes referral of clients by the FSA. Escalate complex issues where required.
- Identify types of complaint, setting up complaints files, acknowledging, and locating documents.
- Maintain document library.
- Ordering stationary.
- Share ideas and implement best practice to improve the quality of the complaints process.
- Ensure consistency across processes.
- Assist with projects as and when required, for example, compiling management information.
