Operations Support Administrative Officer

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team.
Job Role
Provide support as part of the Operations team for the efficient day to day management of a specialist medium sized company providing advice and support in high-hazard industries. The role includes but isn’t limited to the following:
- Administrative activities supporting the running of the company office in Gloucester;
- Administration and approval of expenses claims using DEXT and Tripcatcher systems including new account generation and training for new joiners;
- Administration and review of employee timesheets using Connecteam including liaison with the accounts team and new account generation and training for new joiners;
- Progressing all administrative stages of the employment journey in accordance with the Company policies and procedures, including task to task movement and new joiners and leavers;
- Assisting with the deployment of staff nationally, and on occasion internationally;
- Day to day administration of Personal Protective Equipment distribution;
- Administration of the company’s Asset register covering DSE, IT and phones;
- General support tasking from the Operations and Finance team.
A UK Security Clearance held by the applicant or the ability to qualify for one is preferred due to the nature of company business.
Part time hours: 24 hours per week with some flexibility around core hours. The role is based in Quedgley Gloucestershire but Hybrid working will be supported as well (level to be agreed).
The position offers the following benefits:
