Please note: This is not a design or planning role. You'll be a Coordinator supporting our Central _**_Design Team. There will also be occasional travel required to our other offices._**

**How you’ll change it up**
You'll be providing coordination support to the team on a range of network planning activities, as well as looking after and supporting our relationships with the Design Partners. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Preparing monthly forecasts and publishing the monthly design schedule for your region
- Managing the budget, preparing monthly reviews against the budgeted design
- Acting as the interface to your region and management team on the design schedule
- Running weekly calls with the Design Partner and internal teams to review design status, returns, risks and KPI adherence
**What you’ll bring to the role**
You’ll already have some excellent coordination experience, using your stakeholder and people management skills to quickly build strong working relationships with our suppliers, leadership, and internal teams. You’ll also bring the following with you:
- Strong Excel skills
- Supplier or third-party management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
