Mobilize Financial Services are looking for highly analytical Graduate Developers to join our team supporting several exciting projects in our strategic plan

**About The Role**

Working within the Information Systems (IS) Team you will report directly to the Head of Software Delivery and work with a team of developers, and you undertake our 3-year Graduate Program. As a graduate developer you will have the opportunity to work ina fast-paced Agile development environment within the team but also across the wider business, offering solutions and championing system enhancements.

In this role, you will gain experience of the full development life cycle and be responsible for the maintenance of large-scale projects (bug fixing and change requests). With the ability to move within the teams to get exposure to different areas of developmentacross **Digital, Java, SQL and Reporting and Data Development,**while being supported by experienced team members.

At the start of your employment, you would be expected to work from the office through our induction and training process, after which time and with agreement from your line-manager you may be offered the opportunity for **flexible home-working.**Your basic hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700.
