Finance Manager

Consumer Additions are working with a well known Consumer Business, based in Kent, to look for a Finance Manager to join their team.
This roll will have ownership for the financial performance of the business, across financial planning and driving commercial insight.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities
- Finalise monthly management accounts, for all relevant channels of trade.
- Drive initiative in implementing process and control improvements.
- Responsible for accuracy of Balance Sheet accounts
- Support the wider finance team at all times, including audit and investment review
- Interpret large volumes of data and provide added value, financial insight to a varied list of stakeholders.
- Identify key risks and opportunities to performance, providing commercial, analytical support to key decision makers
**Personal Requirements**:
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA
- Relevant experience in Management Accounts and/or Commercial Analyst, ideally in a Consumer or related background
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate complex information to non-financial colleagues.
- Ability to build and develop working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Show initiative and take on full responsibility for the role.
- Driven, engaging and motivated individual with a business partner focus
