**Creative Multimedia Allrounder role at Dupree International**

**THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL**:
Be a graduate with a relevant degree who has work experience in a similar environment or someone in their first design role looking for their next step. Alternatively you may have already worked in the industry for some time and are looking for a new challenge.

This role will suit someone looking to develop their broad, creative skill set from traditional print, digital, social, post production A/V with some conceptual thinking thrown in This role will also deliver all photography and videography needs of the agency alongwith all editing of curated content.

Working as part of a team and individually within the studio at Dupree, you will be expected to organise your own work load to meet our various clients deadlines. Also to liaise and communicate with our other creative departments and partners to deliver work to a high standard.

You will report into our Creative Director, with over 30 years experience, who will be on-hand to offer help and support as you develop, grow and upskill.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support our creative teams by delivering various design and multi-media briefs
- Have the ability to work alone, managing a clients brief and associated deadlines
- Possess the skills to use a photographic and video camera and relevant equipment to carry out photographic and video shoots
- Post production and creation of A/V
- Image manipulation/retouching skills
- Design and implementation of new traditional print and digital media projects
- Artwork and adaptation of existing media for use in traditional print and digital media
- Input in brand development meetings

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A graphic design or multi-media degree. An understanding of both Digital and traditional media would be highly beneficial
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail - and an understanding of why that is important
- Understanding of style sheets and working to brand guidelines
- The ability to switch between team player and working under your own initiative
- A working knowledge of Adobe tools is essential:
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects, Audition, etc.
- The desire to grow as a creative and leave your mark on this industry.

**REPORTS TO**: Creative Director.

**WORKING HOURS**:
This is a full time position within the company, working 5 days per week. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8.45am to 5.30pm. This is not a hybrid role.
