**Are you a passionate media professional with a knack for inspiring learners?**

We're seeking a full-time Creative Media Lecturer to join our vibrant team. This role offers the opportunity to share your **extensive industry knowledge** and **teaching expertise** to shape the next generation of media professionals.

**What you'll do**:

- **Captivate students**: Deliver engaging and informative lessons across all levels, from introductory courses to Higher Education programs.
- **Be an expert guide**: Develop and implement a curriculum that blends **journalistic principles** with modern **creative media skills**.
- **Empower individuals**: Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes **high student retention and achievement**.
- **Collaborate for success**: Work closely with our dedicated faculty to create a dynamic learning experience for students.

**What we're looking for**:

- **A seasoned pro**: A degree (or HND) and **recent industry experience** in media (journalism and/or creative media).
- **Teaching chops**: A teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) is preferred, with willingness to pursue a Level 5 Diploma if needed (we'll support you).
- **Communication maestro**: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and inspire engagement.
- **Safeguarding champion**: Proven commitment to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
- **Team player**: The ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
- **Adaptable educator**: Flexibility and a knack for tailoring your approach to diverse learner needs.
- **Organisational whiz**: Experience in organising, managing, and delivering high-quality media learning opportunities.
