Job Title: HR IT Product Leader

Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

**Salary**: Circa £70,000 dependent on experience

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead the development of product strategies and roadmaps, informed by thorough market research and analysis, identifying opportunities, prioritising features, and guiding the product development process
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including executive leadership, engineering, architecture, operations teams, and external partners
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, address implementation challenges, and maintain product integrity throughout the process
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain an ever-green product backlog containing all required enhancements, changes, defects, research spikes and technical debt that require implementation by the corresponding DevOps delivery team

Your skills and experiences:
Essential:

- Proven experience in a senior product management role, with a proven record of successful product development and delivery in an enterprise IT environment
- Success Factors experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Desirable:

- Operational management experience of a product portfolio
