**The Role**

As the first point of contact for our guests, as Front of House Staff you will be: happy to learn, a positive character, accommodating to all guests and ready to go above and beyond to provide the most extraordinary experiences.

You will be a dazzling character, an outstanding people person and have a dynamic and ambitious personality.

You will be on hand to meet and greet, serve and genuinely look after our customers to ensure they receive the high levels of customer service they deserve.

You will have experience in turning tables, taking orders, preparing drinks, and be able to communicate well not only with the customers themselves, but each department within the venue.

You must be available over all key dates in December, including but not limited to, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

**The Venue**

Nestled in the sought-after area of Ecclesall Road on the outskirts of the bustling city of Sheffield, Brocco offers 8 boutique hotel bedrooms alongside an award-winning restaurant and is a deceptively busy operation. There are some superb team members already in place, and now we are looking for the right people to help drive the business forward.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour
